CO VENTURE LTD: Graduate Trainee - Recruitment

Our Client / The Company

Our client is a growing international search specialist that has rapidly become a key player in the world of Trading, Investment and Technology. Success is driving their expansion on a global scale which has created opportunities for savvy, hard-working and entrepreneurial individuals who want to join what is still a relatively small, yet trailblazing business.

Is being successful your primary motivator? Are you insistent on working hard, outperforming the majority and being paid exceptionally well for your efforts? Are you a strong communicator with commercial instincts?

Recruitment always talks the talk of high OTE's and unrivalled fast-paced culture. The company boasts the most generous commission scheme available by quite a margin and there are many other interesting incentives that ensure work is also stimulating and fun. The team is very young and sociable with regular nights' out so working hard and playing hard is a balance that might need to be struck! Lastly, with offices currently in London and LA, soon to pop up in New York and other exciting locations on the horizon, you may start out in London but could easily end up a lot further afield if you're keen to travel.

If you believe you are the candidate we're waiting for then please get in contact now.

A Typical Day
A successful headhunter will work hard and have to keep focused over long days. You will spend most of your time either on the phone or meeting with people; essentially networking to find the best talent out there and, once you have been promoted to a full consultant, the best clients to work with. If you are good, you will develop the ability to have progressive conversations that lead to tangible business outcomes.

This is a fast-paced role, each day will be different and you will have to be organised so that you can multi-task effectively, managing many different projects at any one time. Being a headhunter is different to the majority of roles in recruitment – you will benefit from an entrepreneurial approach as you are essentially running a business within a business with the autonomy to deliver the strategy that you believe will deliver the optimum results. For those that work both hard and smart, the rewards in terms of job satisfaction and financial gain are second to none. The best will often set up their own consultancy within 2 or 3 years.
